Defrag does not defrag certain files? - causing slow harddrive!

The same files remain in fragmentated (red) how can I solve this problem, my
computer is also sluggish and I think this could be my problem.

Nothing to do with Office.
Defrag cant/wont move system files; if it did, some applications would stop
working.

It's very rare when you can actually get all of the red out in the
defragmenter. You'll almost always end up with one or two little red lines
no matter how many times you defragment. By the way, when I defragment, I
always defragment several times until it takes less than a minute or so to
defragment. I've tried repeated times to get rid of all the red, and you
just can't. You should look for different defragmenter utilities as there
are better ones out there, but the Windows defragmenter is fine for basic
defragmenting.
