When I choose ‘options’ for an outgoing email, and select, ‘do not deliver
before’... The message hits my outbox until that date... But sometimes,
and only sometimes, it doesn’t send on time.... I will check the outbox
after the expected deliver time and it is still sitting there... Do you
know any secrets??
I'm on an Exchange server, using Outlook XP.
