Delay in opening e-mail in Outlook 2002

I just downloaded SP2 for Office XP. After the update,
it takes over 6 seconds for an e-mail to open or delete.
Cause??? Fixes??

See if turning off Instant Messaging integration (Tools -> Options -> Other)
helps.
