I've developed a Project Add In and one of my users is experiencing a strange
problem. They're using Project 2003 and the first time any properties are
touched within the Project app instance, there is a 3-10 second delay.
Subsequent tries are fast. It's only the first attempt after MS Project is
loaded.
Has anyone experienced this?
