Delay Send & Outlook 2007 on Microsoft Exchange Email

Hello Everyone!
I am having difficulty delaying send in OUtlook 2007 even though I am on a
microsoft exchange email server. I used to be able to do so in 2003 version,
but since I was upgraded I am unable to use this feature.

This is the error when I attempt to close out of Outlook when there is an
email pending in my outbox - There are unsent messages in our your outbox. To
send messages, Outlook must remain running and connected to your e-mail.

Per the instructions from Microsoft, you should be able to delay send and
log out of Outlook and the MES would deliver for you at the specified time.
Any suggestions.
