There is a 'do not deliver before' option in ms outlook.
this option is available when you are creting a new mail.
but if you put mail on a delayed delivery, it is required
that outlook on your computer should continue to run. can
i do it otherwise. that is set a mail with 'do not
deliver before'. close my outlook, and in my absence,
when outlook is not running, mail gets delivered.
