Having a problem here with a remote user. The laptop is docked on the network 90% of the time.
From time to time he begins working on a message and will wonder off to do whatever and come back 20 minutes later. When he comes back the mail is autosaved and marked as sent. There is no copy of the mail in the "sent items" folder however. A phone call shows the mail never arrived at destination. With outlook 97 the draft would show up, but we've since moved to officeXP and the saved draft no longer shows up but is still marked as sent without being sent.
Any help would be much appreciated.
