Delayed Sending of Entourage Emails

From what I've read, Entourage 2008 does not have this feature and in order to do this, you need to download a script. I clicked on a MVP recomended script link, and searched for this, and the following script came up:

First of all, does this mean that it will only work with Entourage 1.0? I have 12.1.5.
Also, how do I know that this script is safe/not a virus? Is there any way to be sure? Do you know of the person who wrote it? Thanks!

No, that's the script version. The script was authored by Paul Berkowitz and
it has no viruses. All scripts on script builders are safe. Most scripts you
download can be opened in the Script Editor and you can see what they do.

THanks- I downloaded it, and then I had to download stuffit expander to open it, which I have also done, but I don't know how to use it. I click on the script icon, then Delayed send E, and then there are 3 choices, none of which work, and all have pop ups asking you to do things I don't know what they are talking about.
