Delayed Write error

Outlook is experiencing a long delay upon trying to open,
and after about four minutes, it says "delayed write
error". I think this is because I was archiving a file
when Outlook crashed, and now every time I reopen Outlook,
it tries to write the file again and fails. The strange
thing is that this is happening even after I reboot. What
can I do to get it to stop trying to write the file (if
that's actually what's happening)?

You might want to run a disk repair utility on your hard drive. It sounds
like there might be some bad sectors on it that Outlook is trying to write
to...
