I have someone I'm trying to help... she has been granted delegate access to
her supervisor's Inbox and Calendar. However, she can't get to the
subfolders of the supervisor's Inbox (she's opened the Inbox using "Open
Other User's Folder..."). The Folder List option isn't listed on the View
Menu, so there doesn't seem to be a way to do this. I'm thinking this is a
design issue rather than a malfunction. Any ideas?
