Delegate can't be removed

We have an Outlook 2000 SR-1 issue where a Delegate can't
be removed. After removing the entry, it always comes
back. This is a "bad" delegate entry because the
Properties are not from the valid entry in the Global
Address List. Display name shows "ADCDisabledMail". GAL
entry for this person is fine, as are the Outlook folder
level permissions.
