We have Outlook 2002 SP3 in our company. One of the employees is trying to
remove old delegates from her list of delegates. She goes to tools -
delegates - highlights the delegate - then clicks remove. After she does
this the delegate no longer shows in the list. She will then click apply and
ok, go back in, and that delegate will show back up in the list. Is there a
fix for this or any possible reasons this is happening? It's not a huge deal
as these delegates are no longer with the company and she removed all of
their permissions, but it is kind of annoying.
