Delegate gets meeting requests on her calendar

Manager has two delegates, supposedly set up the same way. The meeting
requests the manager receives populate one of the delegates' calendar, but
not the other one. The meeting requests the manager receives show both
delegates as required attendees, although they are not really invited. The
delegate whose calendar is populated with these meeting requests intended for
the manager is confused as to which meetings she is really invited to and
which she is not. What is the solution for this problem? Thanks.
