Delegate not receiving the delivery and read receipts

I too have the same problem. The delegate has a delivery receipt set up on
her own account so that she can see the delivery receipts when she sends "on
behalf of" her manager. She wants the delivery receipts to come back to her
own mailbox, not her manager's mailbox.

Does anyone have a work-around?
