Hello,
Can anyone help with this issue.
User A has Delegate A set to receive copies of meeting-related
messages.
Delegate A as the following rights to User A mailbox
Calendar : Editor
If a meeting request is send to User A and Delegate A accepts/declines
the meeting, the meeting request message is still in User A mailbox and
has no notification of whether the meeting was accepted or declined by
the delegate.
Is there a way so that if Delegate A accepts/declines the meeting, the
message is removed from User A mailbox or is notified of the status of
the meeting request.
We are using Outlook 97 with Exchange 5.5 ( I know we are in dinosaur
country here)
Thanks
