We're seeing a strange problem where a delegate suddenly quits getting
meeting requests for the boss. At that point we look at the boss's delegate
settings, and the box for "delegate receives copies of meeting-related
messages sent to me" is no longer checked. So far, this has only happened
with delegates who use Outlook 2003 and bosses who use Palm Treos with
Goodlink software (one boss also using Outlook 2003 and two using Outlook
2000). With the Outlook 2003 delegate-boss pair, the setting has gotten lost
three times.
Has anybody else seen this type of problem?
