Delegate tasks in bulk

How do I delegate tasks in bulk from Project 2003?

By what I read in "MS Project Server 2003 UNLEASHED", page 331, get to
"Delegate Tasks" page from "Tasks", then use the usual multi-select
techniques to select the task block/segments to delegate. Don't have access
to a real system or I would try it myself! :>)

I normally just highlight each task row [using crtl key] and do a multi
select that way.
