Delegate Tasks

I have a team lead in the Team Leads group. When he attempts to delegate
tasks, he gets the you do not have resources available error message. I ahve
checked the group permissions and the team leads can delegate.
If the team lead is in the team members group and they can not delegate
would this interfere with the team leads ability to delegate?

the Resources section of the My Projects category. Look at that Category to
see what resources are specified there. Let us know what you find there.
