Hello all,
I have a help desk task open to me in which a user sends
emails on behalf of their manager (Delegate).
When this user sends emails on behalf of her manager, the
manager does not receive a copy of this email unless the
user BCC's her into them.
BCC works fine, the problem I have is that this user would
like to automatically BCC her manager into emails. Can
this be done?
I have had a search through the Delegate options in
Outlook & also on the net, but there doesn't seem to be an
option to allow this to happen?
Any help would be very much appreciated
