Delegates - NOT WORKING!

I have been given delegate access for an office coworker
who is gone for the week. I observed him setup the editor
permissions for all forlders, but Outlook will not let me
reply to his emails. It says I do not have permission to
send on his behalf. I cannot find anything in the
helpfile that says to do anything else to give me that
permission. What could be wrong??

Folder permissions are irrelevant. You must be listed here;
Tools-> Options-> tab Delegates

Tips of the month:
-Backup and Restore
-Create an Office XP CD slipstreamed with Service Pack 3
