Delegates option not available in Outlook 2000 how can I install i

I am trying to setup delegates in Outlook 2000 for calendaring purposes. It
is not showing up in the tools - options area. How can I install this option?

FYI, I tried installing it through the add-in manager in tools-other-advanced
options-add-in manager, but it doesn't do anything.

Delegates are only available if you are using an Exchange server and have
your default delivery set to the Exchange mailbox, not personal folders.

account will be deleted without reading.
