Delegates should be warned!!

When being chosen to delegate an co-workers or excutives calendar, email or
etc. It would be nice if Outlook could provide a warning when the delegator
has made a change themselves. It is very frustrationg to set/accept/cancel a
meeting and learn that the delegator has made other changes and the delegate
not be warned.

What do you all think?
