Delegates

HI

I hope that someone can help me. we have recently started
using the delegates option in Outlook. so that if a user
is away on hoilday another users can look at his/her
mail. the problem that i have is that an number of are
users have addtional folders in their inbox folder. can
anyone tell me how i can view these folders as a delegate.
