Delegating a single task to multiple resources

Is it possible to delegate a task to multiple resources or
delegate a take to a resource with less then 100% loading
factor using the web interface?

In PWA, it is possible to delegate a task on a "one to one" basis only. The
original resource assigned to the task can only delegate the task to a one
other resource and at the Units assigned on the task assignment by the
project manager. "One to many" delegation is not possible in either Project
Server 2002 or 2003. Hope this helps.
