system: MS Exchange 2003 SP2 and MS Outlook 2003 SP2

my problem: USER_A sends a meeting request only to USER_B. the meeting
request is also send to 3 other users not addressed! long ago USER_B had
defined delegates to his calendar - now they are deleted - the delegation
definition is empty. this happens only by sending a meeting request to
USER_B!!!

there must be a definition I can´t see / find - any idea ?

is there a possibilty to start outlook.exe with parameter to clear the
definition ? a tool to do this ? or should I delete and new create the
mailbox from USER_B?
