Delegation

Hello,

We use Entourage 2008 on x.5 in my corporate environment, when a delegation
is made : the delegate send on an email on behalf of, the mail is store into
the delegate email box. Can this be changed? Is that possible to store the
sent mail into the "boss" mailbox?

This is the default behavior of Entourage. You can create an Outgoing
rule under Tools menu --> Rules... --> Outgoing to copy Sent messages to
the Sent Items folder of the delegated account.

Your settings would look like:

Account is <"boss" mailbox>
Copy message <"boss" mailbox Sent Items>

Optionally, you could choose to Move instead of Copy.
