Delete a header

I have a 5 page document currently with the same header. I want to delete
the header on page 3. When I attempt to ... it deletes the
header/information on all of the pages. How can I delete or change on only
one of the pages.

You need to insert a section break, then unlink page 3's header from the
previous one. See if Greg Maxey's explanation helps:
