Delete a link to another non-existent workbook

When I load my workbook it wants to do auto link to another? I want to
remove this. How is this done?

In Excel 2002 simply do Edit / Links / Break Link

In prior versions, it is easier to download Bill Manville's free addin FINDLINK and deal with it
using that:-
