Delete a row in an array

I have a program that is sensitive to speed.

What is the most efficient way to identify and delete select "records" from
an array (rows)? Is it computationally faster to paste the array to a
worksheet or is there a macro or procedure where I can accomplish the
objective with speed?

I will answer my question.

It is fastest to loop through the "dirty" array and port "good records" to a
new array repository. No deletion necessary.
