delete a sub site

How the heck do I delete a sub site (Workspace) from PWA? I created it now I
want to kill the darn thing.

Darn . . . let my restate. I have a sharepoint site (page) that is part of
Admin. I can see how do deal with sharepoint sites that are on the user side
but not on the Admin side.
