Delete blocked senders and filter suspected junk mail in Outlook 2003

Is there a way to set Outlook 2003 to permanently delete those emails that are listed in my blocked senders list and filter suspected spam to the junk mail folder? In the Junk Mail Options dialog you can enable a checkbox for deleting suspected junk email but I would like to review the suspected junk mail and to have the known junk email automatically deleted.
