Delete calendar events using iCalendar file import.

I'm trying to cancel events from Outlook, by importing an iCalendar file.
Inside iCalendar file I'm speicifying two events that I want to cancel.
Instead of removing events, Outlook adds duplicates in calendar. Following
are contents of my iCalendar file.

FYI, the following works in Google Calendar but not in Outlook 2003. Outlook
creates duplicate entries. I am following specifications in
http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc2446
