Delete Duplicate Hotmail Folder

Hi,

I have read several posts regarding this, but getting no clear answer.

I am using Outlook 2003 w/BCM. I have a Hotmail folder on the left that
won't open ("this set of folders could not be opened" error), and does not
show in my list of email accounts.

I tried using the scnpst.exe method, which repaired found errors,
howeverleaves me at square one - I still cannot open, repair nor delete this
eyesore of a Hotmail folder.

Please help with clear step by step instructions.. thanks tons!

Create a new mail profile. Control Panel>Mail>Show Profiles>Add. Point the
new profile at your exiting PST.
