delete " from a .csv file

I have a .csv file with a " at the start and end of the file. Anyone got a
simple function to delete these?

I'm assuming you don't need this now.

If you still do, read the entire file into a variable (say, strBuffer), then
write out all but the first and last characters using Mid(strBuffer, 2,
Len(strBuffer) - 2)
