I have created a shared document that 3 people use for reporting. Today, when I opened it, I could not delete a single cell (Only option are to delete row or column) nor could I delete a sheet. My cowoker says that should couldn't delete cells when she was using it either. I am the owner, so it seems like I should have the permissions, but I must be missing something.

Please help!

You are not missing anything. You can not delete cells in a shared workbook.
Look in Excel Help for a more complete list of things that you can and can't
do in a shared workbook. There is no concept of "owner" in a shared
workbook. Everybody has the same capabilities. To do what you want, you will
have to make sure no one else has the workbook open, and then Unshare it.
Make the changes you need and then share it again.
