I have a Main report and a Subreport. They both get their information from a
query. The query is pulling the correct information and the report is
putting the information in the correct format. The report is to show service
for specific systems. However, a few of my reports have duplicates. I
think the discrepancy is because the query sorts those systems that are
serviced all year (A) vs. those that are serviced only in the summer (S) or
winter
(W). I have a form where you can select to view the reports for week 1 in
the Summer, which includes all systems that have an A or an S for service.
This all works great, except that if a customer has systems that have an A
for annual and an S for summer, I get the exact report twice.
Is there a way to remove the duplicate report?
Thanks for any suggestions and advice that can be given.
