"#Delete" in memo field

In my table with memo filed, the fields is fill with "#Delete", not key-in
by me, and the record cannot be edited. It seems that the record is
corrupted. Can anybody advise under what circumstances this corrruption can
occur, so that I will try to avoid it form happening

Also, make sure you perform routine backup of your database, just in case!
