In Outlook 2003 pressing the delete key to delete a message deletes the
message, and moves the selection bar up one item. It is lame. Is there
some way to fix this? The delete key should just delete the item that is
selected (items below will effectively move up to fill the deleted spot).
The position of the selection bar shouldn't be changing when deleting (same
as the way the cursor behaves in a word processor, pressing delete does not
move the position of the cursor).
