delete lines if they contain particular words

I have a form that I fill out. It has some lines that can read as follows:
'the pain usually occurs after none' Now that none is part of a drop down
list and I would like to either modify the line to either read 'the pain is
not related to blah, blah, blah' or delete the line completely.

Hi,

Find the word using find.execute method, and once you found it , select the
text, I am not sure abotu the command and then either clear it or repalce the
text with a space.

I should have clarified that I want to do this in code when I save the form

Where your sentense in the document or in the form.

if it in the form, you can use string functions to get your thing done,
otehrwise you can write teh code in teh click even of the button.
