In Outlook 2003, under Other Calendars, what is the difference between
deleting a calendar folder under Other Calendars and removing it from Other
Calendars? It's a SharePoint Events list linked to Outlook, so I know either
way the Events list will be unaffected. I just want to understand the proper
way to remove/delete it.
