Delete "Phone Call" Entry Type?

I have successfully created my own set of entry types in the registry. I
also removed all the entry types that I don't want. However, when I open a
Journal Item the "Phone Call" type is still available in the list of entry
types even though I have deleted its registry key altogether. Can anyone
explain why this is and/or how to completely remove this type so it doesn't
show up in the entry type list?
