Delete row if blank in a column

Select column C and F5>Special>Blanks>OK

Edit>Delete>Entire Row

Then the cells are not blank.

Perhaps they look blank due to a formula that returns "" if no data?

Or you have a space or spaces in the cells that look blank?

Are there formulas?

If not, in a helper column enter =LEN(C1)

Copy down.

What results do you get for the "surely blank" cells.
