Delete user and login with different computer

Dear all,

How to delete an user from the users list.I have synchronised with AD but
the resign staff's name is still in the list.I`ve red the documentation about
the ability for user login using different windows account.But it seems
doesnt work.I need help on this.

Dear herngyih

There are two ways to do this
1. If the user is in Enterprize Resource pool you can mark the resource
as inactive either from Resource Sheet (Resource Information Dialog) or
using Users and Groups page -> Select Resorce -> Click Modify -> and
Select the Inactive checkbox and then save settings.
2. If you want to remove the user from the system
a. login to PWA as Administrator
b. Click on Admin Page
c. Click on CleanUp project server ...
d. Scroll Down and Select the Resource option button.
e. Select the resoruce you wanted delete.
f. Click the Delete button available at the end of the page.
The resource will be deleted

Normally if the user was assigned to any project in the past it must
not be removed but must be made inactive.
