deleted 2 columns by mistake - what do I do

I have deleted 2 columns of info and have saved - is there anything I can do
! argh!

Only if you're on a company network or suchlike that backs it up, otherwise
if you overwrite the file, that's it I'm afraid,

Unless you're on a network that does backups, the original file
is gone forever.
