deleted 85 contacts in error in outlook

Could anyone help? I have deleted 85 contacts in one go, it did not asked me
if I was sure either! Is it possible to get them back? it will take me days
of typing to put it back. I looked in the recycle bin but as I guessed they
weren't there.

Try looking in your deleted items folder. If not, and your Exchange admin
had delete retention enabled you could ask him/her to get it back for you.

Or you can select your deleted items folder and select the Actions menu and
choose restore deleted items (or something to that effect).
