deleted contact folders still showing in address book

Hello,

I have deleted some folders in my 'Contacts' but when I go to my Address
Book the folders are still listed there but without the contents. How can I
remove the folders from the Address Book as well?

Delete them here:
Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or address
books > Outlook Address Book > Change. >
