Hello: (Outlook 2000)
I have recently deleted an email address from address book in Outlook 2000.
I readded the person's information with a new email address. When I begin to
type in the name in the "To" field of a new message, It gives me a green line
underneath, and when I right click it gives me two names. Seperated by a
solid gray line in the menu. Both name sare the same but the first is the
deleted email address. Anyway to rectify this? Also, with anothe address, it
gives me the green line and says the email address is no longer valid but the
contact is infact there.
The last question is that the mails consistently default to Rich Text
Format. ANyway to change.
To Reiterate.
1) Deleted email address continues to appear above correct email's addresses
name
2) An added contact is saying it has bee deleted from the distribution list,
when if fact the contact exists.
3) Change the Rich Text Format Defaul.
