deleted contacts folder

By accedent I deleted a folded that had a sub folder I did not want to
deklete can I retreve it or is it lost?

If you haven't emptied your Deleted Items folder, it will be there. You
should see a plus sign to the left of "Deleted Items". Click it and you
should see the folder you deleted. Drag it back where it goes.

Is it in the recycle bin?
No backup I assume?

i do not have a + next to my deleted items i only have the picture of a
recycle bin and i searched for the folder with the "find" feature and could
not find it also I have not emptied my deleted folder thank you for your help

Did you close Outlook at any point after you did this? If so, it's likely
you DID empty the Deleted Items folder. When you delete anything in
Outlook, unless you hold down the Shift key when you delete it, it will get
moved to Deleted Items. The Find feature won't find folders, but if you
recall an item that was in the folder, try looking for that.
