You don't, unless you have a backup, or publish from remote to local to
pull that one down to your hd.

There is no recycle bin in FrontPage. So, you can't get it from there.

You might have some luck doing the following;

- contact your host and ask about backups (do it fast, some roll off in
days)

- go out in one of the archive sites (www.archive.org) and see if you can
grab and clean up a copy from there

- see if there is one in your temp folders or in another copy of your web
somehwere

- get busy re-creating it.
