One of our users has an interesting problem - she deleted a non-recurring
appoinment from her Calendar some time ago. The appointment is moved to
"Deleted Items" as expected, and "Empty 'Deleted Items' folder" deletes the
item.
But... The deleted appointment shows up in "Deleted Items" cumulatively
every time Outlook is started (Cumulatively - if Outlook is restarted five
time, the deleted item will show up five times)
Purging the deleted file from OWA does delete from OWA even after restarting
Outlook Web Access, but reappears again once mail is accessed from Outlook.
I've recreated the Outlook profile an even reinstalled Outlook without
importing "previous settings" without avail.
Any suggestions from anyone?
Thanks...
